A few quick tips

Consistency beats intensity. A daily 15 minutes does more than a weekly 60.
Use it while you are already doing something. TV, work calls, while the kettle boils.
Light bands, perfect form. Slow and controlled wins.
Knees soft, spine tall. Never lock your knees.
Hydrate. Take rest whenever you need it.

Small daily movement adds up.
The best workout is the one you'll actually do.
