Thanks for shopping with StepTone. This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide, including all states and territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on every order, Australia-wide. No minimum spend, no thresholds, no surprise charges at checkout.
Order processing time
We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being received (Express 48hr Dispatch), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery times
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Hobart): 2–4 business days
- Regional areas: 4–7 business days
- Remote / WA, NT, far-north QLD: 5–10 business days
These are our courier’s estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times. Delays can occur due to weather events, courier capacity, or public holidays.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to the email address used at checkout. You can track your order at any time using the link in your dispatch confirmation email.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@steptone.com.au with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and either resend your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Incorrect address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional charges may apply to redirect or resend the order. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@steptone.com.au within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will replace the item at no cost.
